 Here at The Ponderosa Event Center, we have been hosting some of the most meaningful gatherings since the Spring of 2019. Our uniquely curated rustic décor provides minimal need for additional decorations

Here is a snapshot of our hourly rates, what's included, along with our vendor and policy information.

Monday - Thursday: $200/hour

Friday - Sunday: $245/hour

 When  evaluating how many hours would best suit your event, please keep in  mind that you are allotted an hour prior to and after your event for  clean up. This applies to both personal and vendor time, and is  complementary when planning your gathering. 

Included with your rental are:

● Tables 

● Chairs 

● Set up and tear down of the tables and chairs 

● Prep-Kitchen

● Industrial Refrigerator 

● Multiple serving stations

● Complementary paper goods (silverware, napkins, plates, glasses)

● Vintage inspired tiered displays

● Naturally photogenic landscape 

● Wraparound porch for guest relaxation

● Bridal Room

We have an open vendor policy, so you are welcome to use any catering or rental companies of your choice. You are also more than welcome to provide your own food! We are also full of recommendations, so if there is anything we can help offer, just let us know!

In regards to linens, we will work with you on the size you will need based on our tables on site, but you are responsible for purchase or rental for your event.

The only vendor requirement we have is with alcohol. You must have a licensed and insured bartender serving. You can use simply a bartending service, or if you are having catering, some companies will offer bar service as well!

All rental times end at 11pm. The music and the bartender must stop serving at 10:00pm, and everything needs to be packed and ready to leave by 11:00pm.
